MIL-SPEC Products

While our commercial products have no warranty when used in a military application, MIL-SPEC riflescopes have a 10-year warranty for professional use. All Nightforce riflescopes are designed and built to meet rigorous military standards. Additionally, each MIL-SPEC riflescope is subjected to a pressure test, equivalent to a submersion depth of 275ft, to ensure it will function in dive and jump operations. MIL-SPEC riflescopes are not regularly available for commercial purchase. All Nightforce riflescopes, spotting scopes, and accessories are controlled for export by the U.S. Department of State, under the International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) regulation (22 CFR, Parts 120-130), and/or the Department of Commerce under the Bureau of Industry and Security Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR, Parts 730-774). To export products outside of the United States of America, you must comply with the regulatory agency’s license and documentation requirements.
