Return Policy

At Nightforce Optics, we want your experience with us to be as positive and as easy as possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please review the following Return Policy.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date your item was shipped. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate your return, please email info@nightforceoptics.com with all the appropriate documents. Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions. Please return the item within 5 business days to ensure that your exchange or refund is processed in a timely fashion. We do not accept returns without an RMA.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If you have elected to receive a refund and your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or other original method of payment) within 10 business days. If you have elected to exchange the item, your replacement item will be shipped to you in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

We may periodically update our Return Policy and will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website.
